EP 169-Do You Trust Yourself?

Do you intellectualize and overanalyze your feelings rather than just…allow yourself to FEEL them? I shared this conversation in my free group last week and felt it was important enough to share here as well. In discussing this with others, I’ve found it can be a common difficulty among busy women to ignore, move past, or analyze our feelings rather than just feeling them. In the world of neuroscience, thoughts are the emotions of the brain and feelings are the emotions of the body. In order to be healthy, the two must move towards coherence. So the question posed in this episode: do you trust yourself? Do you allow yourself to feel? And how connected are you between your brain and your heart?
