EP 161-Approaching Pain Management Differently

Pain, whether emotional, physical, or most often, both is not something we wish on anyone. At times, we also find ourselves in cycles of pain. Speaking on this topic less than a week after having somewhat major surgery on my wrist for the second time, we’re diving into how to approach pain without fear or hurting other parts of our bodies with reliance on medications that are hard on the liver. I share some of my tips, tricks, and what I’ve done to no longer be on pain medication only 6 days after surgery.
