Since 2020 mental health needs have increased dramatically as fear and uncertainty have led to an influx of anxiety and depression among all ages. Even I experienced the signs of anxiety as we moved further into the pandemic last year. As we started another crisis affecting the entire world last week, I decided today was a good day to dive into the importance of protecting our own mental health (not in ignorance, but in knowing our own needs) in the coming weeks and months.
